The check-in process occurs at our front desk located at 17/24 Queensland ave, Broadbeach. Our friendly team will assist you in collecting your keys during business hours. For late arrivals, our reservation team will send you a code via SMS and/or email on your arrival day. This code will allow you to retrieve your keys from our key lock box, conveniently located on our shop front, at a time that suits you.
Please note that due to the size of the apartment, and the time required for cleaning, check in time is from 3pm.
