Positive: It was self catering, but our hostess provided complimentary coffee, Prosecco etc etc. These complimentary items were appreciated so much. Iris explained everything regarding the apartment so well and was very helpful and always available for any other information required. The bed was comfortable and the temperature in the room was good. We liked the location of the apartment as it was not in a busy, crowded area. Although there were quite a few stairs up the hill, it wasn’t a problem for us, we are in our mid sixties. This is a well equipped, pleasant place to stay. We were very happy with our choice.
Negative: If I really had to ask for an improvement, it would be for softer pillows. But, we all have different tastes in pillows.
Summary: Well equipped, comfortable, welcoming apartment. Close to everything in Monterosso.
