OK, this is a great Breck condo! Talk about location: Just a short stroll to Main Street and the shuttle to the lifts! The complex also features on-site hot tubs, a sauna, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tubs. Your group will be thrilled to stay here!
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, ground-floor condo is a fantastic retreat for families or groups of up to seven. The spacious living area features a large flat-screen TV, a wood fireplace and plenty of seating. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll enjoy the granite counters, stainless steel appliance and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter.
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a patio with a gas grill, onsite laundry facilities, and heated underground parking with elevator access to the complex floors. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day to make your vacation as smooth as possible

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place and conveniently located. The only issues were a broken Keurig coffee maker, a lamp didn't work in the living room, and limited parking in the garage
