Positive: Very clean property, lots of amenities but not loads of great facilties to cook with ( pans old and worn) not a problem If you won't cook. It is close to the town centre and maybe 30 minutes walk from the train station.
Negative: The local area is definitely one of the more unsafe regions in Exeter. Even the taxi driver made a point of dropping us to the door ( worrying when you first arrive). There is a ringbell that is constantly actice and not just when pressed. This was not on the listing or on the website; overall, it's not a problem as I assume for security due to the area but may feel intrusive to some.
Summary: Great for a basic stay but overpriced
