Positive: Nice secluded yard,and a sun trap when the sun came out, Lovely flat woodland walk for the dog and suitable for a wheelchair to access Nice size kitchen and bedroom, plenty of room,and storage. And the onsite cafe just opposite served lovely food

Negative: The outdoor furniture was very weathered and would benefit from sanding and re-staining or replacing, Kitchen tap constantly dripping, and only very basic crockery etc, considering there is a dishwasher not enough things to use to be able to leave it for a full load. Also a half net curtain at the kitchen window would be nice to help it stay private as people come and go to reception past the kitchen and can see in.so we had to leave the blind down all the time. Lots of dust and cobwebs in the corners and across the wooden log walls,in all rooms The bed was a nice size,but very creaking and the mattress was not very comfortable, The blanket left on the bed was covered in a previous dogs hairs There was no where to put a personal washing kit in the bathroom although it was large enough for a small cupboard or shelving And as it adjoins the reception, sound proofing that wall side would be beneficial
