This incredible detached 16th century cottage and accompanying Water Tower rest in Melchbourne, Bedfordshire and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms.
Church Cottage is a detached cottage originally built in 1588 with an accompanying Water Tower, resting in the village of Melchbourne, Bedfordshire. The main property hosts five bedrooms including a ground-floor king-size and en-suite bathroom, a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, a super-king-size, a double with en-suite shower room and a final double, sleeping a total of ten guests, while the Water Tower resting over the first and second floor sleeps two people in a second-floor king-size bedroom, altogether sleeping 10. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room with fire, a drawing room with a woodburning stove and a dressing room, while the Water Tower has a first-floor bathroom and a gym below. Outside there is a large enclosed lawn and patio garden with furniture, summerhouse, barbecue, fire pit, pond, swimming pool and hot tub, as well as off-road parking for four to six cars. The historic Bedfordshire properties of Church Cottage and Water Shed provide fabulous holiday accommodation for families and friends at any time of the year.
