Positive: I would assign 20 for cleanliness, if such mark existed. The property was trully spotless. There are great beaches by few minutes of drive. Great restaurants and supermarket are located nearby. Heraklion is less tnan 20 minutes by car. The hostess was very helpful. You need a car to fully estimate the advantages of the property.
