Our luxury 3-bedroom beachfront townhome offers an unparalleled retreat for those seeking the perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort. Our property is updated, has a private pool, and is located right on the beach in South Padre Island Tx!
Each bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated. The large master bedroom located on the 2nd Floor is equipped with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The master also has an attached master bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests have the choice of 2 additional bedrooms downstairs. The second bedroom features a single Queen size bed, while the third bedroom features two sets of full size bunk beds (4 beds total) to sleep up to 8 guests! The bunk bedroom leads out to your private pool facing the beach! 4020 Gulf accommodates up to 12 guests total.
The living area, dining area, kitchen, and half bathroom are all conveniently located on the 2nd floor with a spectacular view towards our beautiful Gulf of Mexico from the balcony! Ample seating is provided for guests in the dining room and additional seating at the large kitchen bar as well.
Guests can easily access the beach by going down the landscaped pathway leading from the house to the white sand of South Padre.
Enjoy a lazy day by the pool with friends and family soaking in our island sun and feeling the sea breeze. This home is located in a great area to walk to local shops, entertainment venues, restaurants and more!
