Getting here couldn't be easier, we are situated within 10 minutes from the M1 and Tuggerah train station and a local bus service covers Chittaway Point also providing access to the local Westfield.

Safety: Please note that the rear of the property backs directly onto the water, children must be supervised at all times. There is a public boat ramp closed to the property, so guests are able to bring their own boat if desired. The property also has a balcony.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
