Across the road from the Chiton Rocks' foreshore our pet friendly, Chiton Cottage has been beautifully designed for guests to relax in comfort. The Cottage showcases original art and furniture that has been collected - mainly from the local region - over many years. You will love the spacious and serene living area where you can get lost in one of our cottage's many books, magazines, records and games.
The cottage has been built with a nod to the mid-century, with a sparkling kitchen containing all the mod-cons you would expect in a fully equipped home. The two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed with premium linen and a wall mounted smart TV for added luxury.
The large fully fenced block is dog and kid-friendly, ideal for playing with cricket and other games' available at the property. The sundeck/BBQ area looks out over mature Norfolk Island pine trees to the northern hills.
Walk out the side gate and in 50 meters you are at the stunning Chiton Rocks foreshore, walking along the beach.
You are welcome to borrow our 2 bicycles to explore the world-class bicycle paths that run along the foreshore through the historic towns of Port Eliot, Middleton and Goolwa. A kayak, boogie board and sand play equipment are also available for guests to use.
For guests wishing to eat out we recommend the Chiton Rocks' Surf Life Saving Club, located a few minutes' walk away, or explore the countless restaurants and wineries in this part of the Fleurieu peninsula.
We live 10 minutes away and are available to help if you need anything.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there may a financial penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
