Positive: Breakfast excellent. Richard was an excellent host with right balance of friendliness and efficiency. Communal areas very comfortable and relaxing with tasteful furnishings and very clean.
Negative: Room 3 was a little cramped and the furnishings a bit tired. The rattan chair was damaged . Having said that it was the cheapest room available, but a freshen up would not be too expensive and make a significant first impression impact, I believe.
