3 Bedroom Cabin in Mermaid Beach

A beautifully curated interior reminiscent of a (modernised) 1960's beach cottage. Privately situated at the back of the property through a separate entrance gate with off street parking for up to four cars. Quiet location, only one block back from one of the many pristine beaches of the Gold Coast, a short walk to transport, and some of the best restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in town. You could actually park your car and not use it once! Three bedrooms and three bathroom (one en-suite) all with an uber cool vibe. Two "cute as" sitting areas. Well equiped kitchen. The two King Bedrooms split into King singles if required. Third room is a Queen sized room. All beautifully appointed. The upstairs area also has a big balcony overlooking the pool perfect for sundowners or drinks while watching a game on the TV in the upstairs sitting area. Downstairs BBQ area, Plunge pool, Pop out Garden Bar, Alfresco Dining, Separate Laundry facilities, TV, Mini Bar (stocked upon request), beach towels, Nespresso Coffee machine and pods, tea, water and BBQ condiments stocked. Not really suitable for small children as there are a set of internal wooden stairs with no stair guard, a plunge pool and no cot/bedding for infants. No schoolies either, soz! There is nothing like CHIPPEWA COTTAGE on the GC. Its a bit of a gem. Follow the Insta page for more images and info.
