Welcome to your perfect Scenic 30A beach home! Located in the private gated community of Watersound West Beach, you will enjoy beach access to one of 30A's premier secluded beaches through Deer Lake State Park. Nestled between Seaside, Seagrove, Alys, and Rosemary Beach. This beautiful home features 5 bedrooms (2 master suites), 5.5 baths, built-in bunks, and a full carriage house with private entrance over the garage. With just under 3400 square feet, this is the perfect home for entertaining family and friends. There is plenty of room for everyone! The first floor has a wonderful open floor plan with a spacious kitchen boasting a large granite island and breakfast bar adjoining the dining area that flows into the great room. French doors open from the great room to a huge screened porch with both dining and living areas. There is also a private master suite on the main level that features a glamorous bath with 2 vanities, garden tub, large shower, and walk-in closet. A powder room and laundry complete the first floor. Upstairs, there is another spacious living area with built-in bunks, a 2nd master suite, and 2 additional guest rooms, each with en-suite baths. The carriage house has a combination living/dining room with full kitchen and a separate bedroom/bath. This home is located on a large corner lot in a quiet section of the neighborhood with plenty of parking. Watersound West Beach features a community pool/clubhouse, puttering park, boardwalks for walking/biking, boardwalk to the beach, and fitness center. Enjoy the beach life!!! * Four (4) night minimum rental. * Parking for 4 cars. * Sorry, no pets allowed.
