This is the ideal home for a family or group looking for a centrally located, clean, fun, spacious, private retreat with easy parking and fast WiFi. This immaculate home abounds with natural light, cozy bedding, and is meticulously cleaned after each stay by a professional. Located in the trendy Park Circle neighborhood, home to tasty restaurants, art murals, breweries & local shops. The house is conveniently only a 10-15 min Uber to historic downtown Charleston and the airport.
The downstairs is a light-filled open floor plan and includes a full kitchen, dining room area, and living room, as well as a "bonus" creative room and half bathroom - all with gorgeous hardwood floors.
We take cleaning standards very seriously and have an amazing cleaner that takes pride in maintaining the high cleanliness rating of this listing. Our cleaner uses hospital-grade disinfectant and is extremely thorough, as evidenced in the rating.
There are two twin air mattresses and pump available for use.
All of the wooden furniture and a lot of the art was created by local woodworkers and artists from the area.
The living room has lots of room to relax with a comfortable wrap around couch.
The eat-in kitchen features stainless appliances, an island with breakfast bar, and white cabinets that are great in the morning light.
The dining area has a custom-built farmhouse table with windows on both sides looking out to the fenced in backyard.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full laundry room.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and large standing shower.
The 2nd bedroom includes a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom includes adult bunk beds that sleep 4.
There is also a second full bathroom upstairs, and a fully stocked laundry room that you can use.
Outside there is a spacious fenced-in backyard with a small patio, L shaped couch, fire pit and propane grill.
