Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Located on the non drive picturesque white sand beaches of New Smyrna Beach. Every detail has been thought of, just bring your personal items. Fully stocked kitchen for chef of the family. High quality linens, beach towels, smart tv's just to name a few extras
As you approach the condo you will immediately feel relaxed with an ocean view and Seabreeze in your face. Upon opening the door you step into a foyer with an open kitchen overlooking the dinning area and family room. Large sliding glass doors anchor the end of the room and provide great views with tons of natural light.
The foyer has a full closest with all the beach toys including:
beach cart
4 Chairs
4 boogie boards
umbrella
coolers
pool noodles
sports equipment etc!.
A recently updated kitchen with solid granite counters and an under mount sink. Start your day with coffee from a keurig and traditional coffee maker. The full size fridge has filtered ICE and Water. The kitchen has all the amenities needed for a long term stay including:
-microwave, dishwasher, blender, Table setting for 8, cookware, etc.
There is a small work place in the open dining/family room. This is home to your parking pass, id bracelets, and other condo details.
The dining area has a new chic table and chair combo with a stylish light above. Don't forget to drop a sea shell in the vase on the table. "Wishing Shell"
The family room is light and bright with plenty of seating and blankets for everyone to get comfortable. There is no bad view, the sliding glass doors provide plenty of natural light and a great ocean views. There is also a 42in smart tv to catch up on all you live sports, streaming, and Mario Cart on the Nintendo Switch! There is a low profile ceiling fan, watch your hands!
Just outside the sliding glass doors is your private balcony. This is your personal oasis with views of the beach and 2 olympic size pools. There is a bistro table perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. The L shaped couch is a great place to relax and take in the ocean sound.
Your private balcony overlooks the club house that is has TV's, seating for large groups, BBQ Grills, and the shuffle board equipment. Just in front of the club house is the pool deck with 2 kids sized pools and 2 olympic pools; 1 heated Dec 15 - March. Patio furniture to suit any of your families needs. 4 Shuffle board courts offer a great place to play and take in the ocean breeze. Finally the Beach deck that has plenty of seating and the best view. Complete with 2 showers to wash off all the sand and ocean salt.
A small hallway just past the entry way leads to a closest full of bath towels, beach towels, and board games. Just past that is at the door to the guest room that has a new queen bed with luxury linens and power outlets on the headboard for easy access. There is also a bunkbed with an unbelievable comfortable mattress pads. Large windows offer plenty of natural light and the oversize closest has additional sheets and blankets.
Right outside of the guest room door is the guest bathroom. The large mirror and sink make this a great place to get ready and the shower/tub combo is perfect for the kids.
Continue down the hallway to the doorway into the primary bedroom. There is a oversized closest on the left with extra linens, blankets, and pillows along with a full size ironing board and iron. Directly across from he closet is the primary bathroom. This bathroom has a shower stall with amazing water pressure to help wash off the days fun!
The large primary bedroom room has a two large windows that offer a great view of the ocean and pool along with tons of sunlight. A new king bed is layered with luxury linens and pillows. The bed is anchored by two new endatbles and lamps with built in power outlets for easy access. There is a large dresser for all your belongings and a 42in smart tv. There is also a door that leads out to the balcony.
