Parkridge is undergoing major revitalization including complete home rehabs and upcoming local eateries and hangout spots. Glenwood Chic is where the 19th century meets the present. Once you step in, you will be greeted with the ultra modern and bathed in luxury.
Glenwood Chic is an early 20th century home brought into modern times. The home is situated in historic Parkridge neighborhood. This home was spared no expense and has been built to have a resort-like feel. From extra high ceilings, to modern decor and smart features, step inside and get ready to bathe yourself in luxury.
* We want our guests to know that they are not only staying in a renovated custom home, but a clean one as well. That is why we take cleaning and sanitation very seriously. All bed sheets and linens will be washed after every stay as well as sanitizing all surfaces and commonly touched items.
*3br/2ba 1-story home can accommodate up to 8 guests. 1 King, 2 Queens, sofa bed in living room (sofa bedding available in master bedroom closet).
*Large living room w/ pull out sofa bed. Color changing electric fireplace with remote and custom built mantle.

*Master suite w/king bed & 65in Roku TV. Wireless charger is located on the console. Large custom walk in closet. Extra bedding for the sofa bed in the living room can be found in the closet. Bed side lamps with built in USB outlet.
Spa-inspired bathroom w/floating concrete vanity, floating toilet with 2 water flushes, walk-in rain shower, and standalone tub.

8 foot tall large fenced in backyard with large concrete patio with wood burning fire pit. 4 Adirondack chairs w/ solar string lights and outdoor games. Entrance to backyard is through the side door only. Both fence gates are locked at all times for safety.
*Blackout curtains in all bedrooms and all privacy shades in common areas.
*Smart thermostat in home. Smart voice assistant speaker is located in every room.
*Smart door lock on front door with video doorbell.

Amenities: All bathrooms are stocked with 2 towels (hand, bath, washcloths) per guest. All bathrooms come with basic amenities and a hair dryer.
Living Room: Come relax by the color changing electric fireplace as you snuggle under a blanket (or 2) and enjoy a movie on the 65 inch Android TV (must log in to your own subscriptions). A smart assistant speaker is on the console in case you have a question or want to play some music.
Chef's Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all high end appliances and a variety of cookware, tableware, and other kitchen essentials, such as cooking oil and basic seasonings. We know how important coffee is to our guests. The kitchen has a Kuerig Coffee Maker with variety of K-cups. The kitchen has an eat in island with seating for four. Basic cleaning supplies, including dish soap and dish detergent pods are also provided.
Laundry Room: Laundry closet with hideaway doors. Equipped with stacked LG Washer and Dryer and hamper. Laundry detergent pods are also provided.
Parking: Driveway for 2 vehicles depending on size. Street parking is allowed and available. We ask guests not to park/block in front of other driveways.
Security: 2 outdoor security cameras and doorbell camera on front door.
