Ultimate group getaway in our centrally located. Explore nearby hiking trails, and close ski resorts in Little/Big Cottonwood Canyons. Sleeps 4 or more in a spacious, new remodeled house. Enjoy the large bedrooms, open living room/kitchen and big screen TV. Large fully equipped kitchen with dining island, office space, lightening fast internet, and ample off-street parking with carport. Enjoy outdoor dining area on the quiet secluded patio. Makes for the ideal retreat!
The space
This home is made new with remodel for modern convenience and comfort. 1100 square foot upper floor with 2 large bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen and living room on the main level. The master bath is ensuite and very unique for access to tub. Large rear landing with significant storage in gorgeous cabinets and laundry. The downstairs is locked off and not used. The structure is set back from the street and elevated. Large, unfenced yards on all sides. Please no smoking or pets of any kind on the property due to owner allergies. Please don't ask for exceptions. The rear porch is covered and contains a very large table with six chairs for outdoor dining. There is tandem off-street parking for about four cars (one covered under carport. There is no garage. Covered porch is so pleasant to take in the neighborhood and a slight mountain view. Tall trees mostly block the view, but just down the street-Wow!
This house is in a perfect location to access both the mountains and the city.

You'll have the run of the house, including all of the yards. Note: There is no grass. We haven't gotten to much landscaping, but there are mature trees to green things up!
