Negative: First of all…..security fee was not a deposit it was simply an additional cost over and above the prenatal fee’s and it was only advised it was NOT refundable after we had committed paid the full amount. Not honest !! Secondly it is advertised as lovely 2 bed with grill. The grill is unusable with plants growing up through it. It states there’s a “hot tub” but in fact it is a disgusting old plastic tub that is broken, with no water other than black mouldy water that must of been sitting for months 😡
Summary: The flat was nice enough but we were misled in regards to an “additional fee” disguised as a “bond” and it was / had
