You'll be staying in a Cottage that's been decorated and equipped for you to unwind after a long day in the parks or doing shopping.
Tasteful, cozy, practical, and fully equipped, ideal for couples or small families.
The Complex has a pool, a Mini Golf course, and a gym.
This is a remodeled manufactured home, tastefully decorated and fully equipped to enjoy your stay after a long day in the parks or shopping malls.
It has a Main bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and the porch has been converted into a second bedroom with 2 twin beds ideal for children or teenagers although it could be suitable for a couple of adults.
The second bedroom has its own portable AC unit.
Other areas that the guests can use are, 2 swimming pools (with spa), the playroom at the clubhouse, the gym, tennis courts, and a mini-golf course.
The Laundry room is right across the street and it has coin-operated washers and dryers.
The magnetic card keys to access all the areas previously described are hung in the kitchen area (please hang them back before checking out, if you lose them there will be a $75 fee applied)

Summary: Property was exceptionally clean! Beds were comfortable. Couple of suggestions: providing more bath towels for guests, there were only two full sets and we had 4 guests. There were beach towels so we used those. More toilet paper, there was only one roll and I don’t remember reading that we needed to supply that. a plug for the sink in the kitchen for hand washing dishes. I think the gas is out for the gas stove and we had trouble warming up premade lasagna and garlic bread. Directions for disposing of trash would have been useful. Overall, we were able to adjust as needed. The property was safe, clean, and great for our family.
