This is a beachfront, eco-friendly villa (ie. off-grid living) directly in front of the waves at Shipwrecks beach, in Rancho Dos Ballenas on the East Cape Road, which is about 12 miles from downtown San Jose del Cabo. This property is stunning and the views will take your breath away - probably the best value you will find in the east cape if you enjoy a natural setting with luxurious appointments all at the same time! The master bedroom is roomy and comfortable with its ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and amazing ocean view featuring sliding glass door to terrace for indoor/outdoor living. The second ocean front bedroom has king bed and stunning panoramic views from the second floor and its own private balcony. This room has modern 4-piece bathroom with pebble tile shower, TV, and bar fridge. The third King bedroom suite has garden views on the opposite side of the house making it very private and it has a 3-piece ensuite with large walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed is perfect for overflow guests or children. There is a 2-piece powder room in the main entry for guests. The beachfront terrace has ample sun and shade for a variety of activities, including a brand new infinity pool with continuous bench seating to take in the amazing panoramic views. There are steps leading down to the beach which is uninhabited for the most part. Enjoy a cool beverage on the terrace that has enough space for a party of 20, yet feels luxurious and perfect for two. Adjacent to the pool you will find comfortable sun chaises as well as a built in seating lounge where you can play cards, hang out or dine in style! Watch the whales go by right before your eyes.....take a short walk on Shipwrecks beach to enjoy the surf, or drive up the coast for 10 minutes to La Fortuna or Nine Palms to catch the waves there. Very private, quiet secluded getaway for couples or surfers who appreciate the finer things in life! About 15 min away from a couple of good restaurants: Zac's Bar and Grill in Zacatitos, Buzzards at El Encanto and Vida Soul Restaurant in Vinorama, or only 20 minutes from the fine dining of Flora Farms and Acre.
