Welcome to our chic 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom one-level cottage! The house was recently renovated and is only 5 minutes away from both East Hampton and Sag Harbor downtown areas.
The open living, dining and kitchen areas are perfect for cooking and entertaining. And of course the large backyard with heated pool, loungers and BBQ are perfect for relaxing.
We're situated on three-quarters of an acre of land, with 20 acres of nature preserve in our backyard for privacy.
