Positive: The house location, the view from the apartment, the apartment itself were great.
Negative: The check-in was very confusing, few and scattered information were provided when we met the caretaker, no answer to our few questions even if requests were sent to the caregiver by sms. No coffee or tea, no sugar or other basic things for breakfast were available in the apartment. Little improvements are needed (some of the curtains were not properly working). We had to communicate several times the same information (arrival time for instance) through multiple channels.
Summary: The apartment is well located and has an amazing view on the close forest from the 19th floor
