New listing! Renovations now completed for this completely stylish 1 bedroom suite situated in a triplex on our property on Blue sea lake. It is located 200m from the paved trans Canada cycling path (velo Des Draveurs) and close hiking paths. Perfect for 2 adults and a small child or 1 adult and 2 children. It’s also perfect for 2 adults or for anyone working in the area needing accommodations. No more than 3 people per stay please. No pets as we have a friendly dog at home who is always leashed. We are very experienced hosts and will assure you the best experience during your stay. This studio’s bathroom has a large walkin shower with a rain shower head. There is a kitchenette with microwave, sink, portable induction plate, bar fridge with small freezer and BBQ. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, desk and large balcony. You will have full exclusive access to a beach on the property as well as to kayaks and canoe. Swimming is spectacular with a sandy bottom, and crystal clear water.
You are welcome to store your bikes in the basement of the buliding. The town of Messines is 700m from the suite where you can enjoy tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard or basketball at the muncipal hall. The town’s mini marche is 500m and is conveniently next to the bike path in Messines. It offers groceries, fresh fruit & veggies, wine, beer with a butcher onsite. Only 300m down the road, you will find an ice cream shop with delicious home made icecream! Be sure to stay to visit other sites nearby such as Mont Morissette lookout tower which is a MUST SEE! For an extra fee, we offer our guests a boat ride in our 21’ bow rider around magestic Blue Sea Lake but we ask that you request this in advance. There is a playstructure in the yard outside the door if you are travelling with a little one. NOTE: We live on the property in a house adjacent to the triplex and respect the privacy of our guests and always cose at hand to respond to your questions or requests. This suite has its own private entrance and the unit itself is very private. We are currently using the other units in the building for personal use (friends and family). Parking is available.
