We have got lots of repeat guests that consider this place their New York Pied a Terre. This apt. is on the third floor and very quiet. It can accommodate from 1 up to 6 guests (no children under 12 years old please).It has a very large living /dining room area and a large balcony for relaxing al Fresco! Plenty of comfortable sitting area, a flat screen Smart TV and free high speed internet access. 3 bedrooms with very comfortable queen size beds: including a Tempupedic mattress in the master bedroom and luxurious white linens everywhere. Spectacular Manhattan views from 2 of the bedrooms. It has a fully equipped large kitchen and luxurious bathrooms: with bathtub, 3 different sizes of towels, 2 hairdryers, shampoo, soap, conditioner, body lotion. Finally, I live right below so anything you may need please just ask and I will get it for you right away. See you soon!
