This stunning, two-storey family home is also super spacious and incredibly comfortable for up to eight people. You will love the generous living spaces that allow families and groups of friends to relax and truly unwind. There are many seating options, inside and out, and entertaining is so easy here with the incredibly well planned kitchen and dining area that flows out onto the patio.
After an active day at the beach or out exploring the region, the master king bedroom will become your heavenly retreat, with its sumptuous bedding, luxurious drapes and lovely soft carpet.
The layout of the home is as follows: the kitchen/living areas, master bedroom, study nook, laundry and powder room are downstairs. The remaining four bedrooms plus a large family bathroom, separate toilet and TV room are upstairs.

Ample cutlery, crockery, glassware and cookware for all your meals and entertaining needs. There is a large fridge, dishwasher and walk-in pantry.

Gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting, outdoor lounge, enclosed yards (front and back) with lots of lawn and fruit trees. The garage is not for guest use; there is off-street parking on the driveway.
