This beach house is conveniently located close to the beach, general store, sports oval, childrens park and North arm of the Brunswick River.
There are large covered verandahs on the eastern and northern side with plenty of outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ.
There is an open plan newly renovated kitchen, dining and lounge area and the house also includes screens, microwave, dishwasher, TV, DVD, FOXTEL and CD player.
Downstairs there is a laundry with a second toilet and shower.
The bathroom has a shower in bath and there is a seperate toilet. There is also a carport and an outdoor beach shower.
The main bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 singles and 3rd bedrooms has 1 king single and 1 single beds.
The Farmers Market is on every Tuesday morning at your doorstep, eveything you need for a relaxing enjoyable holiday.
