Located on scenic 30A in the Prominence community, this beautiful home features a main living area, located on the second floor, and features ample space to entertain. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a farmhouse sink. With all the cooking items you could ever need, this home is the perfect spot for large families and friend groups looking to make lasting memories. From here, take your food into the dining room or grab a seat in the living area equipped with oversized sectional, comfy chairs, and a flat screen TV. There is a covered balcony which features multiple seating options, views of the community pool, and ceiling fans.
The home features three beautiful guest rooms including a bunk room on the first floor and three bedrooms on the third. The first floor also houses a stylish den and spa-like bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms on the third floor share a hall bathroom. The third floor also houses the master suite with a large seating area, flat screen TV, private balcony access, and spa-like en suite bath and large walk-in closet.
Take the provided 6-seat golf cart to one of the two the private community pools, The Big Chill for food and fun, and to the Gulf.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home with a great layout and location. Centrally located - just a short bike ride to everything. The Big Chill / Hub is a great amenity.Only challenge is poor/spotty internet service and no direct access to beach.
