Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place.
My 2-bedroom townhouse is a 5 minute drive from the Belconnen town centre where you will find a Westfield shopping mall with all the amenities you need.
If you are wanting to go to the Canberra CBD, it is a 15 minute drive by car.
Please note that the furniture in the images are subject to change as I am furnishing the place from scratch.
Includes all that you will need for a comfortable stay including tea, milk and coffee.
The space
This immaculate two bedroom, two bathroom property with 2 car accommodation, boasts an ultra convenient position and only moments to an abundance of local amenity including University of Canberra, Radford College, Canberra High School, GIO Stadium, AIS, Calvary Hospital and Belconnen Town Centre.
The townhouse has ducted cooling and heating to keep you comfortable over the hot Canberran summers and warm over the colder seasons.
Living Room
Enjoy relaxing on the sofa bed that turns into a queen size bed at night whilst watching Netflix from the 55 inch smart TV.
Bedroom 1
Queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom and ample space for storage in the built in wardrobe. Enjoy the view of the courtyard during the day from the window.

Bedroom 2 has a two way bathroom.

Kitchen
The kitchen is supplied with all the cooking utensils and basics needed for a comfortable stay. Use the kitchen to cook dinner for family or to make yourself a warm coffee/tea in the mornings which the supplied tea, coffee and milk.

Located next to the kitchen, the laundry has a washer and dryer for your personal use. You will also be supplied with an iron and ironing board.

Their is a large private courtyard and an entertaining terrace above the garage.

Private single garage with a dedicated car port located directly in front of the garage.
