The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom a Queen bed, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the clean environment of hard wood floors and no pets and no smoking on the property. You can enjoy breakfast in the sunny kitchen coffee corner or out on the cheery rainbow deck; then it is off to seaside adventures like biking, hiking or lounging on the beach. The full kitchen lets you decide if you want to dine in or sample any of the awesome local restaurants. After a day of sightseeing, shopping and just having fun, you can relax on the porch listening to the sounds of the ocean. This cottage has recently been upgraded to include air conditioning, a rare amenity in Morro Bay, and solar power. Both bedrooms and the living room have TVs with basic set up cable TV. There is a Blu-ray player in the living room so bring your movie or Netflix accounts, your gaming stuff, DVDs and music CDs. WIFI is available as well.
