Summary: $12 shop credit was not communicated for VIF member with the hotel from Expedia / Hotels.com. It was part of the promotion that was mentioned while booking. Hotel is in desperate need for a renovation or even refresh. Very old carpet in room ( smells bad) and the couch and chair. Very friendly staff at the reception and also notices at the same at breakfast place as I grabbed a cup of coffee. This hotel is not up to the standards compared to their location in Moncton or even Halifax.
