Welcome to the former stable of an original Engadine house. In the gently renovated 5.5-room apartment spanning 90 square meters in Scuol. The apartment is extremely central and yet quietly located. Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the main street with many regional shopping opportunities and the bus stop for the short transfer to the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars or to the Scuol-Tarasp train station.
The two-story apartment offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower/WC. The spacious living room with open kitchen on the upper floor impresses with its room height and is flooded with light thanks to the roof windows. The children will love their own play area in the upper area of the living room, and another highlight is the Swedish stove, which creates a warm atmosphere in winter. A comfortable sofa landscape and a smart TV, as well as a generous dining area with a comfortable corner bench, complete this living space. One of the four bedrooms is on the same floor.
