Sliver Lake is serene and quiet, and the home is in proximity to Tilton, with the Tanger Outlets, Market Basket, and plenty of restaurants. And Laconia is just 10 minutes away!
The main level of the home boasts an updated kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. The kitchen features plenty of counterspace for meal prep, and stainless-steel appliances. There is a dining area just off the kitchen that can seat 6 and there is a breakfast bar that seats 3. Access to a wraparound deck can be found off the kitchen. Here you’ll find outdoor seating, and a gas grill should you like to cook your meals alfresco! The living room has a large sectional sofa a and a flatscreen TV. This is the ideal spot to get together at the end of the day to kick back and relax after a lovely time on the lake. There is also a full bathroom on this floor with a shower/tub combo.
The lower level features a family room with a flat screen TV and direct walkout access to the back grassy lawn and waterfront beach.
