Experience Casa Romántica - a charming oasis in a quiet location in Ariany. This unique holiday home impresses with its original and artistic furnishings.
The two-storey house is laid out around an inner courtyard and extends over two separate areas. On the ground floor, the main house has a lovingly designed dining area, a rustic kitchen, a cosy living room with a flat-screen TV and a small garden with a private pool. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom and a spacious living room with a corner sofa and satellite TV. An additional bedroom with bunk beds is ideal for children.
The inner courtyard houses a small pool (2.5 x 2.5 m), which provides refreshment on hot days and also offers a cosy seating area and loungers for relaxing. The inner courtyard leads to the annex with a further bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
All bedrooms have air conditioning for pleasant temperatures all year round, which can be used for an additional fee. In winter, a pellet heater provides cosy warmth (extra costs for heating material).
The owners live next door and will be happy to help you during your stay.
The authentic and rather small village of Ariany is located in the north-eastern centre of the island, close to both the beautiful little bays of the east coast and the endless sandy bay of Alcudia. It offers all the necessary facilities in the village centre and is just a few kilometres from the village of Sineu, famous for its Wednesday market and numerous restaurants. The second largest town on the island, Manacor, is also only around 15 kilometres away and has branches of all the major supermarkets as well as a hospital for emergencies. Located in the heart of the island, this house is ideal for an eventful holiday with the whole family!
