Casa L'Estiu is a charming villa built in typical Mediterranean style with multiple terraces, located in a quiet area just in front of the beach Cala Gran. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with TV Sat, DVD and CD, and a double door leading to the terrace, there is also a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. On the second floor there is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a huge terrace with sea view. The beautiful outdoor living areas include a covered terrace with dining furniture and table tennis, green garden with barbecue and a private pool (9 x 6 meters - depth: 0,60 - 2,20 m) offering a great environment for sunbathing or for kids to play. Touristic Registration Number: ETV/5633 Included in the rates: Cot and highchair available on personal request Welcome Hamper (including: Tea, Coffee, Milk, Water, Toast Bread, Cookies, Butter and Wine).
