Situated in the heart of Pimlico village in Westminster, with easy access to the tourist attractions of Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, Tate Britain and the River Thames. The apartment is less than five minutes’ walk from Victoria and a short stroll to the shops in the Kings Road, around Sloane Square and in Knightsbridge.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and comprises a living room/dining area with wooden floors and high ceilings, bedroom, kitchen and shower room.
In the living/dining room there is a large flat-screen colour smart TV, DVD/CD player and a quality sofa bed, plus a dining table and 4 chairs. The flat has high speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped including a gas cooker, microwave oven and refrigerator.
The bedroom has a five-foot King-sized bed, ample wardrobe space. The bedroom and living room both have French doors onto private balconies overlooking Warwick Square.
There is a modern shower room with wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and WC. There is a separate laundry room, containing a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. This room can also be used for storing luggage.
