Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'd need to cook with including an airfryer. Laundry/dryer on main level. Yard is huge and fully fenced in making it a perfect spot for kiddos and people traveling with dogs. Spacious patio is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The space
This home is 1,165 sq ft ranch with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Walk into main level with that has hardwood floors throughout. Living room is spacious and open with a 65” smart Roku tv. Two bedrooms are located on the south side of the home. The south west bedroom has a king size bed, 3 drawer dresser, luggage rack, mini tabletop ironing board, iron, hangers, white noise machine, and 50” smart Roku tv. South east bedroom has queen sized bed, mini tabletop ironing board, iron, hangers, 3 drawer dresser, white noise machine and luggage rack, as well as a 50” smart Roku tv. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway between the two south bedrooms. Hall bath is a shower over tub with extra tall shower head. Living room opens into kitchen/dining combo with backyard access. Dining room has table large enough to seat 6. Kitchen is galley style with French door fridge, microwave, electric stove/range, and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, air fryer, waffle maker, blender, mixing bowls, griddle, cast iron skillet, toaster and more. Kitchen also has coffee maker, Starbucks coffee and small coffee bar featuring multiple coffee flavor syrups. 3rd bedroom is down hallway off the kitchen. Bedroom has a king sized bed, mini tabletop ironing board, iron, hangers, 3 drawer dresser, luggage rack, 50” smart Roku tv, white noise machine and en suite private bath. Primary bath has walk-in shower. Backdoor off of kitchen takes you back to the massive fully fenced backyard and patio. There are three steps from the backdoor that take you onto two tiered concrete patio. Top tier patio space has table and 3 chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or step down onto second tier with full patio couch and coffee table. During summer months we have a small basket with outdoor balls, wiffle ball bat and ball, and firefly catchers for the kiddos to enjoy!
Guest access
Garage and basement are off limits to guest. Guests are welcome to use all of the finished home space, as well as have full access to front and back yard.

Property is in a neighborhood setting, but area is close to the highway so the front bedrooms (2 with king beds) can get some slight traffic noise. White noise machine is provided in each bedroom for guest use. :)
