The Space
Welcome to our charming island home in serene Christiansted, St. Croix! Enjoy 1,400 sq ft of comfortable living space, located only minutes from shopping, dining, partying, and, of course, the beach! And just a 15-minute walk from Sunny Isle shopping center!
As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a luminous open living space. The living room features modern decor, plush deep royal blue sofas, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. It’s the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the island.
Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with quality stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and essentials needed to prepare meals at home. And the dining area is conveniently located next to the kitchen, providing a cozy space to enjoy your delicious creations and the company of loved ones.
The property boasts two comfortable bedrooms, each offering a peaceful retreat for a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and both rooms offer ample storage space for your belongings.
The bathroom is well-equipped and features a tub/shower combo. It's perfect for freshening up and washing the sand off to get back out and explore!
For those who need to work or study during their stay, we have a dedicated office space and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. There is a sofa in the office as well that opens to a queen-sized pullout bed in the event you have a 5th guest or need flexible sleeping space.
Step outside onto the quaint little patio and enjoy the fresh air while sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The property has a lot of yard space for a peaceful oasis where you can relax and soak up the sun.

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.
Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
The Neighborhood
Located in the heart of Christiansted, minutes from the Sunny Isle shopping center. Stroll through the streets lined with colorful buildings and historic landmarks. Indulge in the local cuisine at the nearby restaurants and find unique boutiques and shops just a short walk away. Beautiful Cay Beach and Pelican Cove Beach are just a short 10-minute drive, and Sandy Point Beach, at the island's west end, is about a 24-minute drive and worth it! The Christiansted neighborhood has something for everyone.
Getting Around
The nearest international airport, Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (STX), is just 10 miles away.
If you have a car, we have a parking spot for you at the property. If you prefer public transportation, there is the VITRAN bus, or you can travel by taxi. Whether you choose to drive or walk, you'll have no trouble getting around and experiencing all that the area has to offer. The island is small and reachable within 10-20 minutes!
Other things to note
Please note the following important information before booking:
This is the Caribbean! You will see bugs. We do have pest control scheduled on a regular basis, but this is the tropics! Bugs will get into the home. Please be aware that bug complaints are not valid grounds for refunds. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
Also, know that there are random stray dogs and chickens that run around the area. This is St. Croix, so this is normal for us, but we want you to be aware so you’re not startled.
We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.
Please do not flush feminine products (i.e tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.
Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- No pets are allowed at this property.
