Escape to this cozy house in picturesque Charlotte. This nice property offers a comfortable bedroom, equipped with essential amenities like WiFi and heating. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained for guests' convenience. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.
Close to UNC. This cute fully equipped private suite with sprawling yard has a private kitchen (not kitchenette) located downstairs with private entrance, parking, and patio NOT shared with the host. It is located in family-friendly very quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking/driving distance to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, bakery, hospitals, and many more.
This is a split-level NON- smoking house on an acre lot with both upstairs and downstairs. We live upstairs. The room has 2 beds (Double/Twin) in one spacious bedroom located downstairs. Enter through the WHITE fence to get to the room.
It has its own private bathroom, private living room, outdoor patio, range stove (NOT kitchenette), standard size kitchen sink, refrigerator, and dining area. There is no vent above the stove. An exhaust fan at the window is available, if needed. We kindly ask guest to NOT burn your food to prevent smoke detector being alarmed.
Living room has comfy 2 reclining seats and lounge chair; Smart TV with streaming channels (Netflix, Disney+, MAX, Prime Video, and Paramount+).
Fiber 1 GB Wifi high speed internet and functional office desk are provided suitable for remote work.

With the private outdoor patio, outdoor camping stove, and firepit - It feels like you are camping, but with extreme comfort. Guest(s) is welcome to roam in the yard and stay in either firepit or the japanese deck. Both areas are great relaxing place to hang out as you listen to birds singing, winds blowing, and squirrels playing.
We would like to invite guests to come join us at the firepit on nights when weather is nice and lovely. Smores on us! :)

* Before booking, please be certain of your dates. Go for short reservation dates and extend later.
* NO early exit or NO early check-out prior to the advance paid reservation check-out date. Please be considerate that this is NOT a hotel. Other guests could have reserved this house if the dates were available or was not reserved by you.
We hope you understand as we had bad experienced with guests wanting a refund for unused dates and prefer to shorten their stay after it has been paid/reserved for in advance. Sorry, we are NOT flexible. It is not fair to our business, our time, our effort, to our other prospective guests who are looking for house to stay had this house been available.
