Positive: Spacious and well-equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom. Large windows, nice view of the street. Quiet location. Close to the metro station and grocery store. Excellent starting point for all attractions, even on foot. In general, everything is good.
Negative: Loudness of the upstairs neighbors (music) late at night. During the seven days of our stay, this happened three times, although the owner tried to fix it.
