Fifteen minute drive to Atlantic Beach in Amagansett and twenty five minutes to Montauk. Also close to the towns of East Hampton , Amagansett and Sag Harbor. Within walking distance to the scenic Gerard drive. Enjoy your day by the pool or visit the nearby Atlantic beach.
Ranch style home with three bedrooms, three full baths. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with double sinks and vanity section. Lower level has a 1,300 square foot finished basement which includes washer, dryer, pool table, ping pong table, couch with tv and a Murphy bed along with a full bath.
