Private entrance and private porch, looking to the lake. Ample of parking Dining area offers seating for 4. Kitchen is equipped with full-sized freezer and fridge combo, electric oven range, and a large pantry and dishwasher. We provide dishware, silverware, and cookware along with your standard kitchen knick-knacks. Washer/dryer. Large 43" smart TV wifi on entire property including dock Y. Back: Patio, grill, firepit, lawn chairs, hammock. Front: Fire Pit sitting area, dock sitting area. NO USE OF DOCK FOR OWN BOAT OR PWC.

Summary: Everything went very smoothly and the property is very nice with lots of parking and outdoor seating areas. The apartment was spacious and cutely decorated with it's own stairway and porch area on the side of the building. Dock area is directly across the street and we enjoyed that a few times..... best one was at Sunset!
