Summary:
This charming single family home is located in the quaint town of Theodore, AL right off of Dauphin Island Parkway. At this newly renovated vacation rental, you’re only 20 minutes away from the white sandy beaches of Dauphin Island, 20 minutes south of the city of Mobile and 45 minutes east of Biloxi, MS. (If you have time, take a day trip to New Orleans, which is only 2 hours away!).
We hope you enjoy your stay and are able to get out and explore the beautiful Gulf Coast during your visit!
The Space:
The whole house and yard are yours to enjoy! The screened in porch is not screened in all the way. There is an opening leading out to the back yard.
The Neighborhood:
This house is located in a quiet family neighborhood right off Dauphin Island Parkway, the road that takes you to Dauphin Island!
Other Things to Note:
2 dogs max and 75lbs max. $75 per dog, per stay. We have Hughes net here for internet which is all that is available in this area. It may not be fast enough to work from home but it the best internet to his area has to offer.

Summary: It’s a very nice house located right between the beach and the downtown (20 min drive either way). It worked perfectly for us as we had events scheduled in downtown and also wanted to get to the beach. The house has everything we needed. Washer and dryer were very handy. The house has a good size pool too, but the water was a bit murky and the kids were afraid of alligators, so we didn’t use it ( didn’t really had time to). Good neighborhood, grocery store is about 5 min drive.
