At the end of a quiet dead end, pretty terraced house of 90m2 on 2 levels, facing south in a closed residence with parking spaces.
Villa with private south facing pool of 4.50m by 2.50m (fitted with an alarm).
Outside you will find a Weber gas barbecue, deckchairs (with mattress), a table and wooden garden chairs. On the entrance side, you can enjoy a small garden and a shaded loggia with table and chairs (ideal for lunch at noon).
On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with 3-seater electric sofa, flat screen TV and dining table with 8 chairs. You also have a WC with hand basin. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with two 90cm beds
1 bedroom with a 140cm bed
1 master suite with a 160cm bed and adjoining shower room
On the 1st floor there is also a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
The house is fully air conditioned.

Summary: Nice house in good condition with great facilities (pool, sun loungers, bbq, aircon, washing machine etc.). The location is a few minutes walk from a supermarket and a nice bakery, and a few minutes more to a stony beach. We preferred sand but either Antibes central or Juan Les Pins offered great beaches within 20mins drive. We also enjoyed close proximity to surrounding places of interest and enjoyed lunch at L'Amandier Mougins, a restaurant with a great view and recommended by the owner. We stayed with our 2 teenage daughters (13 and 15) who were also happy with the pool and the house overall, but also had enough space for 3 more relatives coming to dinner from a nearby appartment.
