Fully renovated, it consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet.
The property also has a garden, a private swimming pool and a large terrace with a sunset view over the bay of Villefranche.
All these facilities are for the exclusive use of the occupants of the duplex.
The villa has an area of 80 square meters.
