Welcome to Seascape Villas 3004: Your perfect beachside retreat! This beautifully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom villa is just a short walk from one of the island’s best beaches. Nestled between Coligny Plaza and the Ocean Gate entrance to Sea Pines Plantation, this non-smoking villa offers a blend of comfort and convenience to make you feel right at home.
Located on the first floor, this single-level villa features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, a dining area with seating for four, and a cozy living room with new furnishings and a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open from the living area to a private deck with views of the saltwater pool and lush grounds. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed (new as of May 2020) and a flat-screen TV, with the bathroom conveniently located off the hallway. For added convenience, the villa also includes a washer and dryer.
The Seascape Villas complex boasts beautifully landscaped grounds with tranquil lagoons and walking trails. Enjoy two pools on the property, direct access to the island's extensive bike paths, and exclusive use of a private Beach Cabana. The cabana, located on the ocean, offers outdoor showers and separate male and female restrooms for Seascape owners and guests.
