Charming 3 bedroom/2 bath home with private pool, large lanai area and fenced backyard.
The home is single story with easy access to the pool/lanai and yard area. The pool and lanai areas are fully screened with a safety gate dividing the pool from the sitting area so that pets and kids cannot wander out to the pool area. The yard is fully fenced. Pool heat is an optional cost at $20 per night (usually required December to February).
The community of Crescent Lakes is well suited to a safe, pet/family friendly vacation. Located just 20 minutes from Disney it provides for any easy commute to the various theme parks. At the end of a busy day at the parks you can return to the quiet and tranquility of this suburban neighborhood. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is walking distance to numerous parks, playgrounds and lighted walking paths within the community. You can take safe early morning/evening strolls.
We have a limit of 2 small dogs.
The house has three bedrooms, 2 full baths, a private swimming pool and fenced yard. The deck includes a huge screened lanai and large open deck area to lounge around the crystal clear pool. A fully equipped kitchen includes plates and utensils, small appliances, fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher. All linens and towels are provided. The family room includes a large screen TV with cable, high speed internet. The master bedroom has a large en suite with a glass sliding door that leads to the swimming pool. En suite bathroom includes a double sink vanity unit, huge spa tub and a separate shower and toilet. The second bath connects directly to the pool and has a combined shower bath. Access to the pool area is through sliding glass doors from the family room and master suite and door into the 2nd bathroom. Laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer.
All bedrooms have a TV/cable. High speed wireless internet access is available throughout the home. Phone calls are free within Canada and the USA.
The front porch is fully screened and provides an excellent retreat for morning coffee or a quiet area to read a book.
Our family lives in the home during the winter months, as such we are constantly modernizing and upgrading the home both for our clients and personal pleasure and enjoyment.
Due to the covid pandemic, enhanced cleaning and sterilization measures have been implemented. All Florida and Osceola County requirements are being adhered to.
