Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Cute and cozy property. Clean. Loved the courtyard at night. Close to river park. Loved the shower! Desk in the bedroom was useful. Bathroom toiletries were nice. We didn't use the laundry, but it would be nice to have for a longer stay. Overall, very good experience.
Negative: There was a bit of a musty smell when first arriving. Could use an ozone treatment. Could have used a ceiling fan in the living room. Bed was a little soft and futon a little hard. The towel hooks were way too high and not enough if there were three guests.
Summary: Very nice rental! Recommend.
