The garage field house has an additional bedroom, bathroom and full kitchen and outdoor shower. Both houses have open floor plans and have been nicely decorated with new furnishings. Window A/C units in all 4 bedrooms during summer. Spectacular sunsets can be watched over dinner off the back deck with table & chairs.
The location of this property is ideal as it is just over a mile from the beach in one direction, town in the other and walking distance to the farm stand and bakery.
