Located in a small hamlet in the middle of the mountains at an altitude of 800m, this character house adjoining a residential house welcomes you in a quiet environment in the heart of the summer pastures of the Cantal mountains.
This region is ideal for outdoor activities: hiking in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park (Puy Mary and Puy Violent), fishing (the Mars river and the Trizac lake), cross-country skiing and snowshoeing (Falgoux cross-country ski centre and the Col de Légal ski resort). You can also discover the richness of the regional built heritage by visiting the Jalhac chapel, the towns of Mauriac, Riom-es-Montagnes and the villages of Salers and Tournemire, classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France.
At the front of the house, you will have an enclosed plot with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue and a second unenclosed plot (access 10m from the cottage). On the ground floor, living room with flat screen TV, fitted kitchen area and laundry room. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Beds made on arrival.
