Ideally located 1 km from the village of Bonnieux, in an idyllic setting between vineyards and cherry trees, without any nuisance and with very beautiful views of Mont Ventoux and the villages of Lacoste, Roussillon, Gordes . old renovated silkworm farm of 100 m² on 3 levels, including: on the 1st floor by 2 possible access (internal or external staircase): entrance, living / dining room, kitchen, bathroom, then on the 2nd floor by internal staircase 2 independent bedrooms, separate WC. Access to the ground floor by spiral staircases from the living room or independent entrance from the garden: entrance, travertine shower room, separate wc, dressing room, large bedroom (160 bed), stone walls, Provencal ceiling.
